ECOMANE LTD ("ECOMANE", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, why, and how it's handled.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Booking requests are handled through Google Calendar's appointment scheduling feature. When you book a call, your name and email are processed by Google in line with their own privacy policy. We don't control how Google handles that data beyond what's needed to confirm your appointment.
If you become a client, any customer or business data you share with us to carry out our services is handled under clear terms agreed before work begins, and covered by a mutual NDA on request. That data is never used outside the scope of the work we do for you, and never shared with other clients or third parties.
Depending on your sector, that data can include customer contact details and order history, delivery addresses and shipment records, billing and refund information, or tenant, owner and property files. We only ever access what a given task requires, inside the tools you already use, and we do not copy client data into systems of our own.
We use AI tools on part of the work, for example to sort incoming requests, draft replies from your own documentation, or move records between your tools. Which tools are used, and on what, is agreed with you in writing before anything goes live. Nothing produced that way reaches your customer without a person having read it first, and your data is not used to train any model.
We keep contact information only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry or maintain our working relationship. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
If you're located in the EU/UK or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise this, just email us.
