I've spent my career inside the exact problem ECOMANE solves: leading customer success, supervising support teams, and being the person a founder trusted when things got messy. Real value was never adding one more team to manage. It's removing a responsibility from the founder, for good. That's what ECOMANE is built to do.

I built ECOMANE in Mauritius on purpose. It is one of the few places where a team can answer your customers in native French and native English at the same level. And for any company serving both French and English speakers, whether in Europe or in Canada, that changes everything.

Anyone can follow a script. What we bring is judgment: people who notice when a process is quietly broken, flag it, and suggest a better way, because we're building toward your long-term growth, not just clearing today's queue.
